Acumino Leadership Group was founded by Dr. Vergil Schmidt of Texas and Kerry Southorn of British Columbia. They have nurtured a lifetime interest in leadership through experience, observation, speaking and dialogue.

Vergil's leadership career has primarily been in the non-profit sector while Kerry brings a background of leading in the business world. This diversity gives Acumino a unique perspective!

The passion of Acumino is to help the leader lead through "sharpening tools" and events based primarily on experience rather than theory alone. We know what it's like to have "skin in the game" and so do you! Leadership can be lonely, but the leader is never alone with Acumino!
